Finding the right vintage look/ products may be harder then one may think; especially if you want the real deal. When shopping for classic or vintage clothing/products I tend to find the best pieces at flea markets, re-sale shops or antique/vintage stores.

👆🏼 Above is my favorite vintage resale shop 'Fashion Sense' . It is located in 'The Park' of Grosse Pointe, Michigan and has been my go-to place for vintage looks. I never fail when shopping here the prices are great and the women working defiantly has an eye for the right type of classic clothing.

I can usually sense the vibes from the people selling the clothes if they really know what they are talking about and if they are trust worthy.

Patterns in fabric's, and colors can also show you if the clothing is vintage or not. This may sound weird but even the the scent, given off from the clothing is another way I can tell if it's legit, but then you should probably wash it....

When shopping at The Royal Oak flea market this past Sunday, located in the heart of Royal Oak, Michigan I came across the cutest vintage blush collection. Although I didn't buy it, I was so fascinated on how the makeup has changed along the years. These blushes were in so many shades and in these tiny glass containers; they were in powder form and at a glance looked pretty delicate.  The opener of this blush set seemed to take care of it with love. This also reminded me of my grandmother and made me wonder how she did her make up when she was my age.
